Defective or damaged Custom items:
To receive store credit or a replacement, please reach out to us at email@example.com and send us some pictures of the affected item(s) so we can assist accordingly.
Below applies to non-custom orders:
If your PopSockets product is broken or defective, there is no need to return the item to us. Please submit a ticket to our Customer Obsession team by contacting us here and we’ll be happy to submit a replacement order, refund, or issue store credit.
Note: Refunds can only be issued up to 90 days after payment!
If you aren’t happy with your PopSockets product and wish to return it for this reason, please send it to the following address:

Be sure to include your order number and your name somewhere on the return package.
Please note that returns are shipped back at the customer’s expense. We are currently working with reduced staff on site. As a result, returns and refunds may experience longer processing times.
